Command HideToolbarItem does not hide the item inside the toolbar tab

Basically trying to hide the toolbarItem based on the user prevailages using Command HideToolbarItem .

Toolbaritem name is passed as command parameter then also it failed to hide the item.

kindly suggest with example also suggest good Geocortex documentation showing examples with each command available.
