Sign In issues

Hi Malcolm,

I am having a few sign in issues with the sign in process on the new site. In particular LastPass doesn't seem to work well in Chrome or Edge when signing in.

Not sure if you are able to do much about it but the current login dialog doesn't seem to behave in a standard way.

Rest looks good.

  Hi Owen Parfrey, are you referring to the way the login dialog is presented and the way LastPass detects it? Anecdotally, I've found 1Password works with our login form so it may be an issue specific to LastPass and Zendesk.

  We have found that some privacy browser plugins prevent sign in, we have an article here around this: Signing In to the VertiGIS Community – VertiGIS though I don't think that matches the behaviour you're describing.
