Geometry picker opens popup on each click in WAB

When we use a geometry picker in the Enterprise 10.9 Web App Builder, the tool performs an identify operation on each click. For example, drawing a square with the geometry picker opens four pop ups.

This bug was already reported here but I didn't see any responses from VertiGIS. Could you please file this as a bug and add me as a stakeholder?
