Change language of designer

How can I change the language of the designer interface? It is now set to Dutch, but sometimes it's more convenient to see the original English texts, for instance when looking something up in the (English) documentation.

My browser's preferred languages are set to English first, then Dutch, and I also set the language for my ArcGIS account to English

  Hello Berend,

  You can configure strings in different languages, for components and services, via the Language drop down, but there is no official way to toggle the designer interface (as a whole) between different languages.  However, if you want to flip the interface to view the English strings you can try adding a lng parameter to your URL.  Eg. [your URL]?lng=en

  I cannot find it.

  I saw it works also on Web Designer.

  Are there more startup parameters?
