Map Tip Slow Response in VGS Web
We are noticing with several of our map services the slowness of map tips, the first time a user clicks a feature. Subsequent clicks for map tips are fairly fast, it's just the first one. We do not see this behavior in the webmap itself in the webmap viewers, outside of the VGS umbrella.
Any thoughts on how to deal with this? This was not an issue in Geocortex Essentials HTML5 viewers with same services.

Since you mention clicking the feature, the initial slowness you are seeing is on the Result Details view for that feature?

On Premise v5.29
I am experiencing the same slowness when I click a feature for the first time I enter the application. Lots of complaints from my users.
If I use the identify tool it comes up immediately upon entering the application.
This is how my map tip is configured, I am using Result Summary..
