Cannot log into Studio Go on Android
We are experiencing a new problem today in my organization. We cannot log into Studio GO on any Android device, phone or tablet. The 2 iOS devices we tested are working properly. This is only happening on Android. Is anyone else having this issue?
I am currently using a Samsung Galaxy S10.These are the errors in Studio Go, the version of Studio Go and Android version information.

Hi Aaron,
Thank you for reporting your issue. For your Portal, are you making use of two-tier authentication, such as by having anonymous authentication disabled? If so, we have been alerted of this issue with another customer and are actively working on a fix as we speak. It appears to be isolated to Android.
If possible, could you please provide the error message you're encountering in the Android log file? If you connect your Android device to your PC, you can find it stored in this location:
[Root Path]
/Android/data/geocortex.mobile.viewer/files
Thank you,
Phil MacIntyre

Thanks for responding Phil
We are using Windows Authentication only - anonymous authentication is disabled.

Hi Aaron,
Thank you for the additional information. That certainly seems to be the same sort of issue we identified with our other customer. Some recent changes to Android authentication, specifically the disabled anonymous authentication bit, appear to be the culprit. This is our team's top priority and we are working on it as we speak. We'll be sure to provide additional information as it becomes available.
Thanks again,
Phil
