Workflow Sandbox support for various deployments, esp. Mobile

I was wondering what the runtime of the Workflow Sandbox is and whether it is meant to accurately represent the different deployment strategies, especially Mobile.

It also does not seem to support context values, since I can not select a feature and run a workflow that I configured on the specific layer.

The behavior overall feels drastically different that Mobile and it creates its own sandbox-specific errors.
