ConnectMaster Planning Module Project User Rights permissions

The Project User Rights permissions within the Planning module has three options of:

• Manage In Project
• Edit in Stage
• View in Stage

The only option to allow users to create a project is 'Manage in Project', however this permission also overwrites the 'Edit Network permissions', thus allowing the user to change and edit data of the project at any stage.

In our workflow, the design team start the project and work on the first planning stage before handing over configuration review and governance groups. Because they need to create the project and thus have the permission to edit/change the project, this opens up abusing the workflow and by-passing other teams.

I would like to see a permission added to Project User rights that allows users to create the project, but not manage the whole workflow, while keeping in place the "Edit Network permission" project permissions.
