Snapping Recatangle

For Petes sake when will you fix it so you can snap to a rectangle draw tool. It seems its the only draw tool that will not work with snapping. You can snap to a rectangle but when you use a rectangle it will not snap to other drawings. Just to be clear

  I've been told that this issue is getting resolved during some of the “next gen editing” updates that are coming in the next few releases of Web. It's still in testing, but the current estimate is that the fix will come in Web 5.45.  The release notes should mention the bug ID 327177 once it's addressed.
