Add Alt Text to map in a printed map

To help address accessibility issues of a printed map (as a PDF), it is possible to add ALT text to elements, like the map? I know one can do that by importing the PDF into Adobe Acrobat Pro and manually applying it, but I wonder if can be done through a workflow and one of the PDF activities, or through a setting when creating a Vertigis Print layout.
