Excel not exporting fields

We have had "Export to XLSX" in all out map viewers until recently it is only exporting the OBJECT ID and the geometry field.  I have checked the ArcGIS Server service and it is set to query and the REST end point returns all the fields.  All fields are visible in pop ups and in VertGIS studio > Map Layer > Layer Extensions and the layer is set to Identify, Query and Search.

It is using a Map Layer from ArcGSI Server 10.9.1
