I created a VS Web app for the workflows described and linked on the following page, as a replacement for the GVH viewer that no longer exists.

  In my experience, having a functioning reference app is far more helpful than documentation alone because you can see how each workflow behaves and use it as a starting point for your own implementation. Thanks for putting this together and sharing the sample app.
