Support the ArcGIS Portal proxy

When viewing a map in the Portal map viewer, requests to certain layers are automatically proxied by ArcGIS, e.g. a WMS goes through https://example.com/portal/sharing/proxy?https://external.com/path/WMS?service=WMS&request=… I think that in Experience Builder, the proxy is also used automatically if necessary

In the Web Viewer module, no proxy is used, resulting in inaccessible layers due to CORS errors.

Could this proxy functionality be added to the viewer?

UPDATE Oh well, I found out how to use proxyRules minutes after I posted :-(
