ArcGIS Server Patches for 11.3 Breaking Studio Web/Workflows for Utility Network Services

Just curious if anyone has encountered this issue. We have an 11.3 deployment where we are serving utility network services to our users via VertiGIS Studio Web Viewers (5.37.0)(ArcFM Web XI). This week, we installed ArcGIS Server 11.3 Utility Network Patch 3 and ArcGIS Server 11.3 Data Management 2026 Update 1 Patch B. Installation of these patches caused any VertiGIS activity in the viewer which utilizes the Run Operation Activity with tasks.query operation to query a UN service to fail and crash the UN service. This broke the OOTB Query Builder tool, the identify tool, and several trace workflows which use this activity to break at execution of the tasks.query command. All of our workflows which utilize the Query Layer activity still continued to succeed without issue. Removing these patches resolved our issue, but I am curious if we are now stuck at our current patch level. I know Studio Web does not support the UN as core functionality, but is this expected? Can anyone provide insight into what limitation this activity might be encountering. Is this a change in what's supported on the Esri side? We are looking for a strategy to continue using our viewers while remaining current on our Enterprise patches.
