Expand Startup-Parameters for data sources and bands

Add and allow custom URL parameters to be used as parameters in data sources and band-options.

Example: Submit Parameter ‘direction’ to show data of a road only in ascending or descending direction. Useful in workflow-parameter and in band-options to change name, color, quickinfo…

These would then also have to be setable in Inline-View-Component for Web
