Tool "save project state": make use of web-map ids, not layer-extension ids

VertiGIS offers a tool named “save project state” which saves the current extent, layer visibility etc to a json file.

Our services change frequently, which means that layer-extension-ids are frequently re-assigned by VSW. As a consequence, those old save-states are quickly out of date.

 

I'm being told that web-map-ids are usually more persistent than layer-extension ids. To make save-states more resilient, one should switch to web-map ids for the save-project-tool.

  Also: when a save state references map-extension-ids that are no longer present in a VSW project, we'd like a better error-message. Currently it just says something like: “look into the dev-console”
