cannot construct a PeUnit, no constructor in IDL
I have a WF5 workflow that delineates watersheds using USGS streamstats API. The resulting geometry is used to create a graphic in a map, do some processing of the attributes, and change the map extent. After the workflow runs, I lose the ability to query/identify/display maptips. The developer console shows an error: Unhandled rejection cannot construct a PeUnit, no constructor in IDL
I found this reference in the ESRI help:
https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-javascript-maps-sdk-questions/cannot-construct-a-peunit-no-constructor-in-idl/td-p/77750
It seems limited to Essentials. I don't have the issue when using Experience Builder.
This may be a support request given the aging of the platform and the API that's used and I'm not sure how much effort I want to invest in the workflow given the upcoming retirement, but figured I'd try my luck.

I found that removing the set map extent activity fixed the issue and that added graphics extents were changed when they were added, so it may have been an overlap with differing spatial references?
It's happened a couple times that I've resolved the issue after posting a message to the community.
