VGN Locator (EU): improved guidance for users when drawing the graphic for a request

A customer has asked for an improved user-interface when drawing the graphic for a request. Currently when selecting the type of geometry, the Locator-UI is greyed out and three dots appear over the UI. There is however no further information displayed, that informs the user of what their next step should be.
It could also be useful to see what type of geometry was selected after making the selection.
An option to change the type of geometry after selecting a different type could also be helpful.
