Idea/feature wanted: change Web toggle button status

Hi Everyone. I need a quite simple, useful function but I couldn't think of any solution:

A command used to switch Web designer button status to the reverse.

When button toggle status is normal, make it alternative status, appearance and function inside. Vice versa.

It's useful when you want to run some function equal to user clicking the button.

Existing posts have no solution.
