Setting a Search Workflow to pass a result from one layer into another
I'm trying to accomplish the following:
1. User uses a search function to look for a taxpayer name.
2. Taxpayer name and the resulting PIN field is passed to a Parcel Layer
3. Workflow zooms to the selected parcel
Currently, I'm able to get partway there. I'm able to get the Search form to populate with taxpayer names.
However, I'm having issues getting the PIN connected to the owner from that search to pass into the parcel layer field and zoom to the appropriate PIN.
Do I need to set up two Query Features? One that returns the Taxpayer PIN, and another that takes the output PIN from that into the input PIN for the parcel layer?
Has anyone found a strategy to accomplish something similar?

What is a ‘PIN’? Is that an attribute of a parcel, or some other layer or table?

My guess is a parcel identification number but let we hear from Henry Haro

Yes, sorry - it's a shared Parcel Identification Number that is present in both the Parcel Feature Layer and Taxpayer table.
