Solution to add Open a URL command to Layer Results that references a Data Link

Hs anyone had any success with configuring a "Open a URL" command in VertiGIS Studio Web to open a URL that exists in the Data Link table of an Identified Feature?

In Geocortex, I was able to configure the Feature Description for a Layer to reference a data link column value vie something like: <a href="{ParcelInfoDataLink.Zone_Link}" target="_blank" style="font-size: 10pt;">Parcel.

Is this possible in VertiGIS as well? I would like to be able to accomplish this without having to modify the actual schema of the layer I'm using.
