VGN Locator (EU): Option to configure the display name of roles

Currently, the role name displayed in the Locator client is derived from the role definition in Keycloak, e.g. vnl_cfg_test becomes “Test”. 

A customer wants to inherit the roles in Keycloak from other identity management systems and is therefore constrained towards their naming. They would like to be able to configure the displayed name of the role in the Locator client to be different from the suffix of the Keycloak role.
Additionally, it would be nice to also have a way to convey detail information about the role to the user, e.g. a description text that appears when hovering over the role in the Locator client.
