[5.50] Export/import translations into workflow(s)

Introduced in VertiGIS Studio Workflow 5.50

The possibilty to export/import translation into existing workflow. Now it is possible to add translations but there is no way to export/import a json with translations. IN web we have the abilty to export/import translations as well as parameters, but in workflow this is not possible.
The reason is that if you need to translate a lot of specific text in e.g. forms it is a lot of manual work adn very time consuming effert as well as error prone.
