generate web map for report activity stopped working

I have a 5.41.0 Vertigis Studio Workflow in an 11.3 enterprise portal web app builder application.  the Generate Web Map for Report activity has stopped working.  It is returning a 404 (not found) error on GET “https://apps.vertigisstudio.com/printing/wab/widget-files/2D/PrintingUtils.js”.  Anyone else having issues with this, or know what the fix is?  Thanks.
