Unable to preview report using SQL Server database connection

Hi,

I'm getting errors with a report and am unable to preview it.  To troubleshoot, I did the following:

1. Confirm that my database connection works when tested
2. Make a blank report
3. Add a plain text field to it (not connected to any data)
   1. This previews fine
4. Add a table from the SQL data source
   1. In the Specify Data Source settings window, I see a pop-up.  It might be because a data service for one of the other services is not started?  The /vertigisstudio/reporting/editor/QueryBuilder/Invoke returns {"error":"Internal Server Error","result":null,"success":false}.
   2. Once I switch to the desired data source, the tables/views appear and the Invoke query seems to work fine.
   3. I select a table and click Finish
5. I immediately return to preview the report that has had no changes EXCEPT to add a data source in the data source panel.  No fields have been modified.

   1. The report no longer previews.
