Improvements for editing translations

Some small QOL improvements in the UI for editing translations to a workflow:

1. When adding translations to a workflow, we need to click on Add, and then click on the Pencil icon to type an ID. It would be nice to be able to start typing immediately after clicking Add. The default value (text1) will always have to be edited anyway. The textbox should therefore be focused, with all text selected
2. After the ID is entered, be able to Enter or Tab to the Text field. Enter, followed by Shift+Tab, already works to focus the text input, but it's not intuitive
3. Be able to delete an item with a single click, instead of having to check a box, and then click Delete Selected. Maybe an extra column with a Trash icon?
