VGN Locator (EU): Additional column "runtime" in orderbook

Currently, when creating an order, neither the user nor the admin in the Cockpit client can see, how long the processing of this order took. At least for the cockpit admin, it would be convenient to have a column “runtime” in the oderbook. This would be an important information to monitor the performance of the system.
