Issue with a map zoom after the VertiGIS Web 5.39.0 upgrade
After upgrading VertiGIS Web to version 5.39.0, we noticed an issue with the map zoom functionality. When scrolling to zoom, the map pans or 'jerks' to the side at every zoom level. We have found a temporary workaround by disabling the 'Snap to Zoom' configuration in the Map component settings.

Same experience here!

Can you reproduce it in https://apps.vertigisstudio.com/web/ ?

Nico Burgerhart No, I cannot reproduce the issue in your site.

Then it should be specific to your app, webmap, or server.
What if you test it in Capital City app locally, by removing the ?app=xxx part from your app URL?
If you cannot reproduce it there, the issue is in your app (or underlying webmap)
If you can reproduce it there, the issue is in your server.
(assuming you are working on-premises, not SaaS)

It might be web map related or some app-specific setting that we share in common, but I also had the same exact experience in my SaaS environment - both AGOL and sub-domain. This problem didn't exist with my app or web map until 5.39 was released in SaaS. The snap work-around is okay for now, but I will probably go forward with this as a support case.

Hi folks,
We have this logged as BUG-359118: Zoom triggers short map movement. You've both been added as stakeholders!
All the best,

We have the same Problem after the upgrade to VertiGIS Web 5.39.0…

BUG-359118 has been fixed in Web 5.40. If anyone is still encountering this issue, upgrading should help.
