How is it possible to have for each location / geometry a custom different label?
And nice to have ‘to edit it without deleting the geometry’
So it's possbile in further steps to use those itemLabel in the worklfow..

As far as I can see, it's not possible to define individual labels. Personally I think that would be a nice addition, so maybe you can post an idea?
I'd also vote for editing the geometries, it shouldn't be too hard to add sketch functionality to those.

Niels Willemot The idea of the label is to describe the type of thing you're picking (like our beloved “Fire Hydrant”) rather than something special about each individual item. The expectation is that subsequent activities only care about the actual geometries. Beyond that, it starts to feel more like we're defining features rather than just highlighting a geometry.

Ken Lyon But it would at least be nice if we could identify which geometry in the list is which.
Say you have 10 geometries, and want to delete one, you now need to hover over all items in the list to find the one you need. Maybe a number could be added, i.e. Location 1, Location 2, which corresponds to a label on the map near the geometry.
I can also imagine users wanting another distinctive label, maybe an address, or something else that's relevant to them.
