Resolved: Cloud outage affecting VertiGIS Studio customers
Around 4pm on October 29 (UTC), an outage in one of the cloud providers used by VertiGIS Studio has caused some customers to receive unexpected login, licensing or similar issues.
Update 6:20PM UTC: Our provider has initiated a recovery phase and we hope to see an improvement within thirty minutes.
Update 7:45PM UTC: The recovery continues and the expected time to regain full functionality is 11:20PM UTC. Our team is investigating alternatives to see if we can reroute traffic to restore functionality sooner. Some requests appear to be resolving now.
Update 11:20PM UTC: Our team is confident that the licensing system is now working as expected and we consider this resolved.
