Print fails when Overview Map Picture Box is added

Print fails when Overview Map Picture Box is added (Version 5.26.1)

I have selected one of our own WebMaps (and tested with a few public as well), but printing fails with all of them.

This is from the browser console:

[print-service]: Engine log: [PLOT]: "exec: FAILED :: create project from 'OVERVIEW': Failed to create layer from service at https://services.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/Elevation/World_Hillshade/MapServer."
 

World_Hillshade is not a part of any of our maps, so why does the print-service try to use it?
