Add feature action to multiple layers quickly

I need to add two feature actions (workflows) to 30-ish layers. Is there a way to do this faster than repeating the same steps for each layer? 

I looked at ArcGIS Assistant, but there is too much room for error for my taste.

Another downside of adding an action many times, is that if I want to change its title or description, I need to do that for every layer.

It would be cool if there was an option similar to Sublayer Actions, where I could define an action to *all* sublayers of a group layer
