Add Layer from an Esri Portal - Select all

My idea would be to have a option to quickly select multiple/all layers available to the Add ‘Layer from an Esri Portal’-option.

This could either be:
-Shortcuts (like shift click to select all in between)
-A button to ‘Select all’ and ‘Select none’. Similar to options in a Workflow Form Item Picker for example.

Use case: 
A customer has configured Layer from an Esri Portal-options with tags. And they want users to be able to quickly add a group set of layers with a specific tag.
