Scale bar from .pagx not having right design

Hi 

I am having issues with scale bar when importing a .pagx into VertiGIS Studio Web through Printing when using Printing Engine. 

The scale bar dynamicly changes the scale and labels for scales, however the scale bar itself does is not the design, style and labels for units as set in ArcGIS Pro. You can see example below from ArcGIS Pro (above) and a print from Web (below)

Anyone else who have experienced the same or have some ideas to what I have done wrong?
