Interesting idea, but I don't see how you can get the actual applications installed on an Azure App Service.   You cannot run a traditional windows installer, which is how we install the applications.

I've been testing Azure App Services for hosting Experience Builder Developer built apps, as well as, creating durable functions, but those only require deploying code to the Azure services.

Good luck and please post your results!

    Hi Gareth:

Azure App Services are not something we officially support as a deployment target. Without going into specifics, there would be significant complications and caveats for specific components like Printing and Reporting. For the rest, there is a chance we could get this working, but we don't currently deliver a package that would assist you with this.

With all of that said, we are paying attention to modern cloud-friendly deployment patterns, and we are working towards the containerization of all of our long-term products. If you like, you could have a chat with your account manager, and maybe we can offer a demonstration of our efforts in this area so far.

    Hi Paul, and Garth.

Appreciate the followup. I've forwarded on your responses, so I'm hoping they put this idea to bed for the near future at least :)
