Hyperlink text on form in Experience Builder dev edition

Hello, I have a workflow that populates a link on my form to a new URL based on actions.  This automatically opened in a new tab when I implemented it using Web App Builder, but now I want to implement it in an Experience Builder Dev edition app, but instead of opening in a new tab, it opens in the same tab.   I am setting the text item “Description” property to:

="[**Show Property Report**](https://MYURL)"

Any thoughts?  When I hover over the populated text on the form, it has the correct URL (same as WAB) but opens in the same tab.  
 

Perhaps there is another setting to open all hyperlinks in a new tab within Experience Builder dev edition itself?
