Add Feature Layer on VSW

Has anyone tried the Add Feature Layer with VSW? I'm trying to set the UniqueValueRender, but I'm getting the error below on the console when I setup the below renderer

   type: "unique-value", 
   legendOptions: {
         title: "Layer",
       },
   field: "Layer",
   uniqueValueInfos:$uniqueValueInfos.result,
}


[esri.core.accessorSupport.extensions.serializableProperty.reader] Type 'unique-value' is not supported

  I was able to resolve the rendering following web map specification
  uniqueValueRenderer | Web Map Specification | Esri Developer
