Printing hangs on Print Scale Calculating...

I have installed VertiGIS Studio Printing on premises and have created a print template based off of the 8.5x11 Landscape template.  The print template is saved to our ArcGIS Enterprise Portal.  I have successfully added it to a VertiGIS Studio Web map but when I try and print, the ‘Print Scale’ field in the printing form is hung on ‘Calculating…’ and the print button is greyed out.  Any ideas what's going on and how I can resolve the issue?

  Managed to find the issue.  Turns out that in VertiGIS Studio Web Designer, I needed to click on the ‘Services’ tab on the right hand side, click on the ‘Printing Service’ service and enter our Print Service Url: 

   https://<Machinename>.<Domain>/arcgis/rest/services/VertiGIS_Utilities/VertiGIS_Printing_Tools/GPServer
