Improve Workflow Debugging Capabilities

In VS Web, debugging Workflows is straightforward since the developer console shows you all the activities that ran and their inputs/outputs. The Workflow Log in VS Desktop can be improved by implementing this.

Doing so will increase adoption and allow for advanced Workflow development within VS Desktop.
