2D Map: Let us change mouse button behavior
VSW seems to use the same mouse behavior in 2D maps as the normal AGE map viewer: meaning that left mouse button pans and the right mouse button rotates the map (which can be turned off in VSW).
Unfortunately, this behavior causes a few problems in VSW:
1. It's too easy to accidentally rotate the map. I doubt many users actually want to rotate their map at all.
2. Turning off map rotation entirely causes problems when printing: if you rotate your map for printing (which might actually be desireable in some cases), you can't “un-rotate” it after you're done printing because the compass button is missing
3. When freehand sketching, you can no longer pan the map
All of these problems could be solved if the right mouse button would pan the map instead of rotating it. Rotating the map could be achieved with a pressed middle button/mouse wheel.

Agree, and it would also be useful to be able to assign a command to a double click.
