Ex Builder Web Edition needs re-authentication

Hello,

we thought we would send this note as we are stuck and hoping someone from your team has heard of this issue before.  We have a series of Ex. Builder apps that we host on our own server that utilize VertiGIS Workflow.  When the users of these apps log in, they need to authenticate their login - which is expected, but after a period of time (45-60min), they seem to need to re-authenticate again.  We have tried to determine the cause, but have so far been unable to.  All our other Ex. Builder apps that don't use VertiGIS workflow are being hosted on AGOL and therefore don't have this issue.  We were just wondering if you had any insight into this or have had others report any sort of bug related to this in the past.  The app adds this message when it requires re-authentication.
