Hide Location Note Anchor Symbol
The location note anchor appears on the map as a white diamond symbol. I understand the anchor point is meant to provide a visual reference for interacting with and moving the existing location note, but it is a visual distraction on the map and in prints:
Please hide this symbol - it should only appear when ‘edit note’ is toggled.

Or have it only show up when used to add coordinates to map

upvoting this. my users are trying to add text to their maps. this makes it look like there's a point feature there, which is confusing. I agree with Michael, make it an option only if you're placing it at a lat/long and not by selecting on the map.

We completely agree! VertiGIS Studio Support: Could you please respond and let us know, if there are any plans to remove the symbol in the near future, or at least make it optional? This would also align with ESRI’s approach of allowing text without a corresponding symbol.
