Import Starred Results into Filter tool

It would be very helpful if we could select or import the items in Starred Results to the Filter tool, so that those items are the only features in a layer to display on the map. For example, if a user selects a group of parcels and adds them to Starred Results, they may only want to see those parcels displayed on the map and no other parcels.
