Studio Web Apps - Max UI Load Time v 1.5.1

I am trying to understand the Average and Max UI Load time in Analytics for a Studio Web Map.

I am seeing some extremely high numbers ( 2hr 25min, 1h 17min) for the Average UI Load Times. What would cause the load time for a Map to take this long?

We have Map Load event that launches a Workflow. If they do not clear this workflow and just leave the site open, would that cause the UI load time to be extreme like this?

Trying to navigate if I need to investigate these metrics further.
