Now Available: VertiGIS Studio Mobile 5.35

Studio Mobile 5.35 is now available, two weeks ahead of the previously announced May 7 date, following a smooth final validation that ensures you can immediately benefit from the extensive enhancements and reliability improvements included in this release.

The current release delivers further support for editing controls (Editors can only edit their own features), an updated framework for improved compatibility, and substantial performance and stability enhancements—especially for running certain workflows and loading large forms with many fields.

Behavioral Changes and UX Improvements

• Support for the “Editors can only edit their own features” setting, ensuring that ArcGIS Online and Enterprise editing permissions are respected.

Security and Technology

• Updated underlying .NET MAUI framework to version 8.0.82 for enhanced performance and compatibility.

Bug Fixes

This release includes numerous fixes that improve stability, performance, and usability across the app. Key issues addressed include memory spikes and crashes when loading additional fields, inconsistent form-load performance with many fields, crashes from invalid basemap extensions and canceled sign-ins, unintended returns to the selector on rotation, unresponsiveness after Windows authentication changes, domain-value rendering errors, launch-link failures, specific workflow errors, and several Designer reliability enhancements.

Reminder for the Early Warning: Upcoming ECMAScript update in Studio Workflow 5.45 may impact older Mobile Apps 
Starting with Studio Workflow 5.45 (May 2025), expressions will be transpiled using ECMAScript 2020, which may cause issues when running updated workflows in Studio Mobile apps version 5.30 or older. To avoid this, we recommend updating to Mobile version 5.32 or later.
