"Still working. Loading layers" loading status widget.

Hi, is it possible to create a widget that informs end users when a map layer is still loading, similar to Geocortex html viewer? Currently, there is no indication for VertiGIS Web app users that a slow layer is still rendering. Thanks.

  Thanks for the quick reply! I'll check it out. Ideally, a future solution would include a flashing dot in the layer list, similar to the default behavior in the ESRI map viewer.
