Filter builder - Confusing user experience

Hi,
When adding a filter condition on a int field the default condition is <fieldname> === 0.
To enter a different int value users now have to type in another number after the ‘0’, and the ‘0’ can't be removed. This user experience is kind of confusing and not very user friendly.
