Scale Bar Configuration in VertiGIS Studio Printing

In VertiGIS Studio Printing, I’m trying to add a scale bar to the layout and specify the scale bar size.

However, no matter what I do, the scale bar always appears with a length of around 13 cm. What am I doing wrong?

Additionally, I would like to configure the style of the scale bar, but I don’t seem to have any options for this. Do you agree?

  Hi Anne

  We have the same problems using import ArcGIS pro projects, and the scale bar is too long, overwriting other text fields.

  Feedback from VertiGIS is the following:
  The problem with the Scalebar not updating and changing size is known and we have the following bugs registered in our system:

  ·         274932: Layouts created in Printing Designer or converted from print templates do not output prints correctly 

  ·         297972: VGS Printing Engine: Converted scalebar might cause an export exceeding the element's borders 

   
   The goal is to have a fix ready for VertiGIS Studio Printing 5.27

  Hi All, Having the same issue with Studio Printing Version 5.26.1, the scale bar is huge on templates and overruns no matter what I try. Thanks for posting this topic.  It's very helpful to know to wait for next version.
