See borders on layout components in Web Designer

As someone who is used to seeing the size of controls in Report Designer, that would be really helpful during the design phase of components in Web. At the very least seeing borders around these components would be great. Even better would be ability to actually control the Style/formatting as well like Report elements! Backgrounds, border, etc.
