Printing function in VertiGIS Studio app randomly fails

Hello, 

We use VertiGIS studios for our public mapping app: https://apps.geocortex.com/webviewer/?app=00d9853f922845a5841e0123918a449a 

and VertiGIS print studio to create templates.  Over the past year or so, we've had users reach out to us regarding the printing function failing.  It's not consistently failing, though.
I've tried updating templates, I make sure to save the app and re-deploy when there are any updates, but I'm wondering if there's something else I should be updating for the VertiGIS print studio?  We use the cloud service - it is not on-prem. 
Here is a snippet of the error message from the console when the print function fails:

  Does the log of the job give you more info?

  don't forget to add &topic=All to the log URL.

  HI Nico, 

  Thanks for sharing that link, that is useful information.  I ended up opening a ticket with VertiGIS - this issue has been going on for a while now.  Printing will work once, stop working or fail then work on the 2nd or 3rd try and yesterday it wouldn't work at all.  

  Of course, this morning, printing seems to be working fine!  Also, I must not get to the logs fast enough because the page is empty by the time i get there…
